Welcome from Judy
I own 4 condo's in Panama City Beach and a home at The Villages in Florida. I had many more requests for rentals than I had accommodations and available dates for and thought someone should be helping these vacationers find a place within their budget to stay. So with that in mind, I started Agape Vacation. It's a lot of fun seeing vacationers connect with owners/managers to make their dream vacation come true.

Not all AV ads are created directly by the property owners, some AV advertisers are acting as agents or managers for the owners.
Renters are aware that each property sets its own Refund/Cancellation Policies - AV recommends that owners publish ask a notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser and for added protection, we recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance at your own expense. AV is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

Property Owners - If the operators of AV are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither AV or its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. AV does not guarantee that the AV web site will be available 100% of the time. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Bay County, Florida, any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Bay County, Florida, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue.

NOTICE TO OWNERS - Membership Cancellation Policy
AV listings run as long as all agreements are being satisfied by both AV and you. Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance. AV has the right to cancel any member at their own discretion.
PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET
If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the AV listing and reactivate it at a future date.
PROPERTY SOLD
If you sell your property, you can transfer your AV listing to the new property owner.
SELLING A AV LISTING
Warning to potential purchasers and sellers of AV listings (we're talking about the sale of the listing, not the sale of the property - you can of course offer to sell your property): Since a property owner can create a new listing of their own at anytime, AV does NOT endorse or approve of the sale or bartering of the AV listing unless the property being advertised is also sold to the same party. Any listing which is advertised for sale or which we determine has been sold is subject to immediate cancellation without notice and without refund. Please do not offer to sell or purchase a AV listing without transferring the property at the same time.
ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION
AV listings are designed to advertise ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION. If you sell your property and purchase a new property in the same city/location, then the you may modify your listing to advertise the new property (there may be a fee to update the photos.) However, if you sell your property and purchase a new property in a new location, then you will need to create a new listing. Once a listing is online, the location cannot be modified.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Agape Vacation reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the AV web site, it becomes the property of AV and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the AV web site without written permission.
LOCAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.
